What if I went Directly to Homestack?
Great Question! If an agent went directly to Homestack, the agent would need to pay about $5,000 to have the App built. Then pay $399 per month ( for the top plan) and an additional $50 per month per MLS added to the App. Keep in mind the agent usually only adds the MLS’s they are a member of. With Infinite Home Search, you and YOUR Clients have access to EVERY MLS inside the app, even out of state. That’s Leverage!
